Refund Notice for Students and Parents

Academic Session (2022–23 and 2023–24)

 

Apologies for the delayed processing of the refund of your counseling and tuition fees. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Thank you for your patience and for being an exceptional member of our academic community.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there has been a delay in processing the counseling fee refund disbursement. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to resolve the issues and ensure that the pending payments will be processed before December 15, 2023, for the academic sessions of 2022 and 2023.

Refund Process Date:

Slot 1: 1st November 2023 to 15th November 2023. Closed

Slot 2: 1st December 2023 to 15th December 2023.

Those students who have made the payment for counseling or tuition fees in the first round of counseling would be entitled to get their refund in the 1st slot, i.e., from November 1st, 2023, to November 15th, 2023. Closed

Those students who have made the payment for counseling or tuition fees in the second round of counseling will be entitled to get their refund in the 2nd slot, i.e., from December 1st, 2023, to December 15th, 2023.

We request all candidates to kindly provide their details below to process the amount of their counseling fees as soon as possible.
