Infrastructure and other facilities of the participating institute

Infrastructure:

Infrastructure is the basic need of any educational institution, without which it is next to impossible to operate a healthy learning environment. Infrastructure includes labs, classrooms, grounds, a cafeteria, buildings, hostels, staffrooms, an indoor sports facility, a library, etc. All participating AIPMST (primary) institutions and colleges provide modern teaching facilities and buildings represented through modern architecture, giving the precinct a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere.

The infrastructure also includes a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned computer laboratory. Other facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, extensive libraries, seminar halls for UG and PG, a reading hall, outdoor and indoor sports grounds, a medical room, and a dining hall for staff, students, and visitors. The college offers excellent transport facilities to all the students who commute from different parts of the city. The college mess provides homely, healthy, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian food to all.

Hostel Facility:

Great and quality education is not always easily available, and thus students have to move out of their homes into bigger cities for learning. The biggest problem that arises for them is the hostel accommodation, without which it is next to impossible to study comfortably. All AIPMST (primary) participating institutions make it a point that they have hostel accommodation available. The students’ hostels are designed and built keeping in mind the main aspects of a comfortable lifestyle.

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Spacious rooms with attached baths are available in both hostels. A spacious and modern kitchen with steam cooking caters to the appetites of hostel residents, serving deliciously healthy and nutritious food. Special care is taken to maintain strict hygienic conditions. Also, proper medical preparations are available so that at no point does an emergency

Health Care Facility:

The institutes participating in AIPMST (Primary) have a dispensary on campuses to meet the first aid and routine medical requirements of the students free of charge. In this dispensary, consultation is also provided to the members of the faculty and staff residing on the campus. A senior medical officer along with supporting staff—a pharmacist, nurse, and ward boy—attends the students and staff, and in case of emergency, patients are referred to the nearest hospitals.

This is a unique effort on the part of AIPMST (Primary), which makes sure that the health and safety of all the students remain good in order to reap the most out of their learning, as a healthy mind is always inside a healthy body. The institute’s medical attention team also makes sure that any contagious or naturally transmitted diseases are kept at bay so that students can concentrate on their studies.
